Do you provide hats or do I have to provide my own?
We typically provide the hats for your order. However, if you have a specific hat that you'd like for us to work on, we'd be glad to. Please note: you will be responsible for getting the hat to us.
Are beanies a seasonal item?
Nope! Beanies are available for purchase all year round.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is about one week. If your order will take longer to execute, or our turnaround time needs to be extended, you will be notified in advance.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, rush orders are welcome. There is an additional fee starting at $20, to which may be increased depending on how quickly you need your order.
How much is a hat?
Pricing on our products varies depending on the design and detail.
How can I request a custom order?

What is your return policy?
Because each So Sim Customs piece is made to order and uniquely yours, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out promptly so we can assist and come to a solution.
